Growing in Faith
At Lake Houston Methodist Church, Youth Group is a place where students in 6th–12th grade can belong, build meaningful friendships, have fun, and grow into a faith of their own. Through worship, Bible-centered teaching, small groups, fellowship, and honest conversations, students are encouraged to ask questions, understand what they believe, and learn what it means to follow Jesus in everyday life.
We believe youth are not just the future of the Church—they are an important part of the Church right now. Students are given opportunities to serve, lead, teach, participate in worship, and put their faith into action through missions, camps, service projects, special events, and outreach. Our goal is to help students develop a lasting relationship with Jesus, meaningful Christian community, and the confidence to live out their faith wherever God leads them.
